Pour-Over Coffee Gear

Gooseneck kettles for a steadier pour
A gooseneck spout gives you a thin, controlled stream — the biggest single upgrade to pour-over consistency after a good grinder. Slow Mill's gooseneck pour-over kettle is built for slow, even circles over the coffee bed, so water reaches every ground at roughly the same time instead of flooding the centre.
Use it for cone brewing, for pre-wetting paper filters, and for topping up a glass server. If you are building a pour-over station from scratch, pair it with a manual coffee grinder, a cone dripper and paper filters — or take the starter-kit route and get the compatible tools together.
Wondering whether it is worth it? We wrote an honest answer — including when a normal kettle is genuinely fine. For the full routine, see a simple pour-over setup at home.
