What does Slow Mill sell?

Manual coffee gear for brewing at home: hand grinders, cone brewers, filters, gooseneck kettles, storage canisters and starter kits. It is a short list on purpose, so choosing takes a minute instead of an evening.

How long does shipping take?

For most U.S. orders, delivery usually takes about 8–17 business days in total from order to door: roughly 1–2 business days to prepare the order, then transit with tracking. We email tracking after your order ships. Shipping options and charges are shown before payment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard tracked shipping is free on every order to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Other available shipping options and charges appear at checkout before payment.

Which coffee gear should I start with?

If you want a matched glass pour-over without buying a mug, grinder or kettle separately, start with the Glass Pour-Over Set: glass dripper, wooden base, matching glass server and 40 cone filters. A mug, grinder and kettle are not included. If you prefer a fuller first setup, choose a starter kit (grinder, kettle and related pieces) and add filters or a canister later.

What is included in the Glass Pour-Over Set?

Each Glass Pour-Over Set order includes one glass cone dripper, one wooden base, one matching glass server and 40 cone paper filters. It does not include a mug, grinder or kettle. Check the product page for the current packing list before ordering; lifestyle images may show props that are sold separately.

What if my coffee gear arrives damaged or is not right?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Unused gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery; please contact us before sending it back so we can provide the return instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and major credit/debit cards. Choose your preferred payment option at checkout.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Manual devices — grinders, kettles and brewers — are covered against manufacturing defects for 3 months from delivery. Email us with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner in Guangzhou, China. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. For most U.S. destinations, plan on about 8–17 business days total (preparation plus transit). Exact options and any charges appear at checkout.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia (standard shipping is free to those destinations as well). Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping options and charges before payment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email yjiarongjayden@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. You may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing an order. Cancellation after that is not guaranteed because preparation may already have started. Contact us before requesting a change or returning an item.

How do I contact support?

Do you sell coffee beans too?

Not right now — the store is focused on the manual gear we brew with every day. Join the email list and you will be the first to know if a small-batch lot comes back.
