Check your order and delivery updates in your account. Sign in with the same email you used at checkout—no password is needed.

Find your tracking number

  1. Tap the person icon at the top of the store, or use My account.
  2. Enter the email address used at checkout, then enter the one-time code sent to that inbox.
  3. Open Orders and select your order. After it ships, the order status page shows the carrier and tracking number or link.

Prefer to use email?

Open your shipping confirmation email and tap its tracking link. You can also return to your order confirmation email to open your order status page.

Don't see tracking yet?

Tracking appears after the order ships and its tracking number is added. Carrier updates may take 2–4 days after shipment to appear. If you need help, email us with your order number.
