Slow Mill Coffee ships from our supply partner in Guangzhou, China. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and shipped with tracking.

Tracked delivery is available to customers in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Estimated delivery is usually 7-15 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary by destination, customs processing and carrier conditions.

Standard tracked shipping is free on every order to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Express delivery and shipping to other destinations, where available, are priced at checkout. Available delivery options and any applicable charges are shown before payment.

Tracking information is sent after your order ships. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@slowmillcoffee.com with your order number and clear photos as soon as possible.
