A simple start to pour-over
Watch the coffee bed through the clear, ribbed body as you pour. You can see the water level, see the grounds bloom, and see when the bed has drained — the part most people guess at when the dripper is opaque. This set includes one clear PC dripper and 50 matching white paper filters.
Why PC instead of ceramic or glass
PC is light and it does not shatter if it slips on the counter or travels in a bag. Ceramic and glass look better on a shelf, but they chip and they crack. If you brew at a desk, in a hotel room or on a campsite, the difference between a chip and a drip is the difference between a working routine and an abandoned one.
It is a plastic dripper, and we would rather say so plainly: it is not ceramic, it is not glass, and it is not for people shopping for tableware. It is for people who want one reliable way to make a cup away from their kitchen.
Check your setup
Designed for a simple one- or two-cup routine. Use with a suitable mug or server. Mug, server, kettle and coffee are not included.
Approximate supplier hand-measured dimensions: 9 cm rim diameter, 7.2 cm height and 9.8 cm base diameter. Measurements may vary slightly. Replacement filters: any standard cone paper filter sized for a 9 cm rim works — the same 1–2 cup cone filters you would buy for a small pour-over dripper.
Get started
- Set the dripper securely on your mug or server and insert a matching filter.
- Add ground coffee.
- Pour hot water slowly and let the coffee drain before serving.
Cleaning
Rinse under warm water after each brew and let it air dry. The ribs are open enough to reach with a finger or a soft brush, so old grounds do not collect in the corners.
