Product details

One cup, one bag, nothing to assemble

Six brewing tools and a carrying case. The Slow Mill Pour-Over Starter Kit is for anyone who wants a real cup of coffee without buying six separate pieces and hoping they fit together. Everything here was chosen to work with everything else here.

What's in the case

Manual coffee grinder — grind just before you brew
250 ml gooseneck kettle — a thin, slow stream you can control
Stainless steel cup — 250 ml, sized to the kettle
Metal cone dripper — reusable, no paper filters to buy
Small bean jar — one cup's worth, kept sealed
Coffee scoop — the same dose every time
Protective carrying case — every piece nests inside

Your first cup

Heat water. Grind enough beans for one cup. Add the grounds to the metal dripper, then pour slowly in circles until the cup is full. That is the whole method. No machine, no pods, no learning curve longer than it takes the coffee to cool.

Who it suits

The kit is built for one person brewing one cup: a desk, a small kitchen, a hotel room, a campsite. If you already own a grinder and a kettle, buy only the pieces you are missing. If you are starting from nothing, this is the shortest path to a cup you made yourself.
